岗位职责：

1、Build up and managePMIC design team, including hiring, training and reviewing the group members;

2、As project leader，in charge ofthe creation of project plan. Monitor and push the progress of the plan;

3、As expert in PMICfield , review spec and propose necessary spec revision;

4、As a design expertin PMIC field, design, evaluate and verify system level model and definemodule’s spec;

5、Design, evaluate andverify analog circuits ( DC/DC、ADC、DAC、I/O、LDO、Charge pump,ESD etc.);

6、Oversee layout andverification activities which include floor plan, noise immunity, ESD, powerdensity, timing, LVS and DRC;

7、Oversee packagedesign and verification activities include thermal and electrical parameters;

8、Oversee validationand qualification activities in product development and qualification.

岗位要求：

1、Bachelor or Master degree in ASIC design Relevant;

2、At least 8 years experience in field of DC/DC, PMIC IC design. andat least 3 years experience in project leader position.

3、Good fundamental in analysis and design of DC/DC buck convertermodel and circuit; experience in Verilog-A, and/or Matlab; ability to providelayout and verification/debugging guidance; Solid knowledge of EDA design tools(Analog artist, Specture, HSPICE and NC-Verilog ...);

4、Experience in any of the following areas is preferred: COT buckconverter with very fast load transient performance, multiple phase DC/DC backconverter,

5、Good communication skills and Good oral/written English.
