【猎头职位：上海需要一位 HW PM of customer system integration team 】联系人：Raymood-Chen，邮箱：hr@kthr.com，微信也可查询职位啦！打开手机微信，搜号码“KTHR_COM”或查找微信公众帐号“KT人才”或扫描以上二维码即可添加，欢迎大家关注！ HW PM of customer system integration team The responsibility will include but not limited to - Participate in the system level requirement collection, from customer, marketing, sales, etc.. -Platform level competitive analysis report generating based on data collecting and analysis; -Project management through full project cycle, that is from project kick-off to the end delivery. Make sure the project go through smoothly based on internal process and external coordination: -Components sourcing and cost information collection. Vendor management. -Transferring customer requirement to real solution and practical circuit level implementation. That generally include: -Collecting and publish/distribute design app notes, debug guidance for internal and customer release. -Platform post release customer support (internal and external) and maintenance when necessary. Mandatory qualifications include: - BSEE/MSEE degree, with 5+ years experience in hardware platform development in handset design area, with at least 2 year experience on Smartphone project management. - Practical experience to platform design to HW design gerber out process, components sourcing management, PCBA manufacturing and SMT, production bring-up, customer release management, post-release support and maintenance. -Wide HW knowledge for the smartphone, be familiar to the area like CPU/Memory/ Power management/audio and speech/power consumption/high-speed PCB design/LCD/Camera interface/USB/I2C interface/various sensors etc. -Understanding the typical commercial phone test/debug process, family with the certification process like Operator IOT test/GCF/ -Self motivation, able to work in a matrixed, multi-site environment (engineering, marketing, sales). -Willingness and ability to contact customers/vendors at levels ranging from VPs to individual engineers directly and efficiently with little or no supervision. -Willing to travel domestically and internationally, for potential customer support. -Good Chinese and English reading/writing/speaking Below qualifications are not mandatory but will be the plus for candidate -Understand Android kernel debug, able to do basic analysis to Kernel log; or Android level debug. Experience in ARM architecture processor hardware/Software development.
