岗位职责：

1、Clean up and ensure the implementation quality metrics.

2、Implement chips with optimal PPA.

3、Develop methodology and flow to automate the process for improved efficiency.

岗位要求：

1、Good understanding with RTL design. Good understanding of synthesis and physical design (CTS / P&R) methodology.

2、Good understanding of timing closure and power / area optimization.

3、Good understanding of timing constraint and physical constraint.

4、Knowledge of low power methodology. Experience of UPF development.

5、Experience with Design Compiler / Fusion Compiler / Genus.

6、Experience with PrimeTime.

7、Strong skills of automating flow development. Proficient with scripting language TCL, Python, Perl, Shell.
