岗位职责：

1、In change of Scaninsertion, Boundary Scan, MBIST, ATPG and so on.

2、Develop andimplement DFT architecture and infrastructure.

3、Generate structuraltest vectors, analyze and improve coverage/test time/test cost.

4、Work with designerson STA, physical, power and logical issues impacting DFT.

5、Work with testengineers to bring up test vectors on silicon.

岗位要求：

1、Bachelor or Masterof Micro-electronic/Computer Science/EE.

2、5+ years workingexperience in DFT.

3、Be familiar with DFTtools and TCL/PERL.

4、Experience of DFTarchitecture.

5、Experience in DFT ofGPU/CPU or complex SOC chip is a big plus.

6、Guides more juniorpeers with aspects of their job.

7、Good EnglishListening and Writing.
