NO.594-【猎头职位：上海需要多位 Analog Design Manager】联系人：Chloe-Zhang,邮箱：hr@kthr.com，微信也可查询职位了！打开手机微信，搜号码“KTHR_COM”或查找微信公众帐号“KT人才”或扫描以上二维码即可添加，欢迎大家关注！ 岗位职责： 1、Lead analog design team and design analog IPs for microcontroller unit (MCU) products 2、Be responsible for the quality and schedule of the analog IP development 3、Support analog IP and product definition 4、Support integration of analog IPs into SoCs 5、Support product silicon validation for analog IPs developed 6、Develop analog team members, plan and evaluate their performance, as well as long-term career paths 7、Collaborate with global teams on specific projects 岗位要求： 1、Master’s degree on microelectronics, electronics engineering, or a related major 2、10+ years of experience in analog development 3、2+ years of analog design manager or supervisor role, with record project execution excellence 4、Good understanding of analog and/or mixed-signal designs in CMOS process technology 5、Understanding of MCU development and/or applications is a plus. 6、Familiar to analog ASIC design and simulation tools, Cadence preferred 7、Mastering of scripting languages is a plus, i.e., SKILL, Perl, Tcl 8、Good communication, interpersonal and team skills 9、Fluent English reading, writing and speaking 福利：五险一金 年假15天 补充商业医疗 过节大红包
