Ÿ Assigned Products: Power (Primary Focus) as well as other analog relatedproducts (Timing/RF/Audio PA/…). Ÿ Target Applications include wireless base-station, wireline communication system, server, data center, mobileterminal, … Ÿ Target Territory and Account include Huawei & ZTE (primary focus) as well asother assigned key accounts (Ericsson, Samsung, Nokia, H3C,Fiberhome, Inspur, Lenovo, …) in China. 2 Work together with the sales and other internal counterpart to be accountable for achievingDIN/DWIN goal and revenue target. 2 Responsible for the design pipelinetracking also secure key DIN/DWIN and its high conversion. 2 Work with distributor partners to motivate, manage and train distributor FAE towell-perform and achieve the business objective. 2 Early and deeply engage with the customer to understand the customer need,and clearly and efficiently deliver to BU for new product definitionand overall *** competence improvement. 2 Conducts WAR room sessions with Sales andthe distributor to maximize *** contents in all opportunity. 2 Build and improve the customer relationship withcustomer R&D management. 2 Contribute on open seminar and key accountcustomer day. Job Requirement: 2 Strong technical capability on Power and high-speed circuit design, EMI andSignal integrity. Ÿ Power Supply: Switching (DC/DC) regulation, liner regulation, Gate Drivers,VRM. 2 Well know the power system in wireless base station, communication systemand/or server & datacenter. Knowing mobile application will be a plus. 2 Had solid relationship and had won successful cases from power platform ofthose key accounts. 2 Good record on DIN/DWIN performance in the past. 2 Be aware of the needs and trends in the related marketplace and capable inderive differential sales strategies and execution. 2 Demonstrate experience in successfully managing demand creation. 2 High motivation and competitive drive to succeed in challenging and rapidlychanging environments. 2 EE BS/MS graduate with 6+ years in semiconductor as FAE. 2 Teamwork player. 2 Sound interpersonal and leadership skill, proactive and highly self-motivated. 2 Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin. 2 Frequent travel required. 福利：五险一金 带薪年假 员工福利 |
