Job Summary: The ideal candidate must be detail oriented, have superior verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, able to juggle multiple tasks at once, able to work independently and can maintain professionalism under pressure. You must be able to identify problems before they happen and implement solutions that detect and prevent outages. You must be able to accurately prioritize projects, make sound judgments, work to improve the customer experience, and get the right things done. Job Description: 1、Troubleshoot and diagnose production software & infrastructure issues (level 2)； 2、Provide after hours on-call support； 3、Partner with Dev and Product Teams to fix/update/enhance current software； 4、Develop/manage monitoring solutions； 5、Perform software & infrastructure maintenance and configuration； 6、Documentation of new and current systems. Qualifications: 1、Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related area； 2、Setting up Servers, Clusters, Server Optimizations, and Mirroring/Replications； 3、Windows Powershell Scripting； 4、Manage application-level monitors for website and middle tier services； 5、Development Experience with .Net framework , C# and web applications; Strong Microsoft IIS/Web Services knowledge； 6、Troubleshoot application errors/issues and closely work with App Support, development-team, DBAs, Network.  |
