【猎头职位：上海需要一位 Senior UX Engineer】联系人：Effie-Huang，邮箱：hr@kthr.com，微信也可查询职位啦！打开手机微信，搜号码“KTHR_COM”或查找微信公众帐号“KT人才”或扫描以上二维码即可添加，欢迎大家关注！ Responsibilities： 1、Contribute to UX strategy and workflow, user flows, sitemaps, and interactive wireframes that balance user goals, product and business requirements； 2、Help establish a foundation that supports repeatable success across all of our products； 3、Manage and moderate testing with consumers and business stakeholders and integrate feedback through an iterative process； 4、Conduct research and analysis of user goals, key features； 5、Evaluate, rate the usability of new and existing products, making constructive suggestions； 6、Work with full time employees and other usability contractors to test and validate designs as needed； 7、Evangelize conceptual ideas and design rationale for features； 8、Work with designers, engineers and QA to ensure the final product meets design specs； 9、Multi-task: work in a collaborative environment and meet established production deadlines； 10、Collaboration with Product Management and key stakeholders including: Technology, Sales, and Business Development. Requirements： 1、3-5 years as a User Experience Designer with fluent English oral communication capability; 2、Experience creating detailed wireframes, flowcharts, and interaction design specifications for web, desktop and mobile applications in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment； 3、Experience in an Agile or iterative product development environment； 4、Requires a MS/BS/BA in either Web Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer-Human Interaction or a related field； 5、An expert eye for the little details that make or break a great experience； 6、Strong understanding of basic UCD methodology. You should be comfortable going out into the world for inspiration and know how to validate your designs； 7、Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following research methods: ethnographic research, HCI (Human Computer Interaction), usability testing, participatory design, focus groups, surveys, expert evaluation, or web data analytics (e.g. conversion analysis)； 8、The ability to understand business goals/objectives and user goals and make recommendations to design/transform an experience to meet them 9、Strong oral, written, and visual communication skills； 10、Excellent analytical ability, especially with regard to observation of user behavior； 11、Effective problem-solving skills； 12、The ability to think abstractly, creatively, and apply good design principles； 13、Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, iOS and Android a plus； 14、Independently self directed； 15、Excellent communication skills； 16、Online Portfolios Are Required.  |
