Responsibilities： 1、Gathers, verifies, and educates others on technical requirements； 2、Develops technical designs for self and others as required； 3、Discovers and shares lessons learned and best practices； 4、Mentors and trains others； 5、Learns from other teams and shares within own team； 6、Authors programming tasks for a user story or complete feature set； 7、Participates in and leads peer code reviews, effort to drive overall code testability and team project planning； 8、May provide guidance and training to enable other team members to meet/exceed expectations； 9、Establishes project plans and maintains status of project； 10、Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement； 11、Works in Scrum to groom product requirements, estimate work, and commit to deliverables； 12、Interacts closely with business and technical teams to understand business processes and produces effective technical solutions； 13、Perform other duties as needed. Requirements： 1、5 years’ work experience with B.S. degree in Computer Science or related field preferred； 2、5 years website / front-end development experience and 3 years of experience with mobile website development； 3、Proficiency in JS, HTML, CSS, Service integration (REST / SOAP), SQLite； 4、Proficiency in one of the modern libraries (jQuery, Raphael, dojo, YUI, Ext JS, Node.js) and one of the modern web frameworks (React, AngularJS, Express, Rails, Django, ASP.NET MVC, Grails, AppEngine)； 5、Hands-on experience in Scrum and/or other Agile development methodology； 6、Have good English verbal and written communication skills is a must.  |
