Responsibilities:
1.Work with design team to simulate, analyze and improve signal integrity on system and board.
2.Extract s-parameter model with Ansoft HFSS or other related software.

Qualification:
1.Minimum BSEE/MSEE preferred;
2.3+ yrs. of experience on signal integrity area;
3.Knowledge of semiconductor circuit design and electromagnetic field theory;
4.Experience in model extraction with Ansoft HFSS or other related software;
5.Experience in signal integrity simulation and analysis on DDR or other multi-loading system.

Job Description
1.Work with analog power IC design team for new product development;
2.Work closely with layout designer for layout implementation
3.Verification of performance requirements using appropriate simulation and verification tools.
4.Support test & product team with chip debugging, failure analysis, characterizations and product release efforts;


Qualification:
1.Master degree or above in EE or related field;
2.5+ years of working experience on analog power IC design area;
3.Familiar with details of product development: design method, design process, CAD tool, design for test, physical design, system applicant
