Responsibilities:
1.term strategic partnership with the designated strategic account focusing on the target segment of the hosting business group.
2.Designs, manages and controls all world-wide sales activities for a designated account to maximize the business for all Infineon products.
3.Leads the business development programs agreed with the agreed with the business group VP Sales & Marketing.
4.Strategy: Lead the development of the account strategy. Definition and monitoring of regional sales goals. Definition, implementation and monitoring of an appropriate sales strategy to achieve the targeted goals and maximize Infineon's business. Feedback to Infineon HQ on demands and requirements from markets and customers. Represents the account at the HQ for all issues related to the product lines.
5.Sales: Develop and manage relationships with key executives of the customer. Assess opportunities and manage the projects with high sales growth potential. Assign the organization demand creation resources / competencies to maximize design wins, securing the involvement / support of the relevant HQ departments. Appoint a project leader to all qualified projects. Define and ensure the fulfillment of all corrective actions. Set priorities in agreement with management.
6.Management: Head the global Infineon account team. Co-ordinate input for revenue forecasting and budgeting (SPT) for the designated account. Prepare the sales budget by product (and region), define design win / demand creation objectives and agree with management, HQ. Co-ordinate the budget preparation across all regions and agree with management / HQ. Monitor sales and demand creation activities through internal and customer’s reviews.
7.If necessary define and agree corrective measures across relevant business units.
8.People management: take full management responsibilities for team of qualified employees (includes people, budget, planning, performance management, salary review, etc.)


Requirements:
1.University degree of similar, major in Electrical/Electronics Engineering; MBA qualification a plus
2.8+ years of professional experience in sales and management
3.Well-versed in semiconductors industry (MNC exposure preferred) focusing on industrial, multi-market (Computing, Communications, Consumer) and automotive segments
4.Experience in managing major local top customer accounts
5.Expert knowledge in technical / specialist area (strategic account)
