JobDuties
-         Journal entry

System Testing Lead / Manager



Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain test systems and tools for validation of company's STB (Set-top box) products and associated products.
Perform hardware validation on new and existing digital set-top boxes.
Perform performance level testing on network interfaces.
Provide test results to set-top vendors and review hardware design providing input on design changes to bring the product into compliance.
Travel to third party test labs to witness or perform set-top box testing.
Troubleshoot hardware related issues and failures as needed.
Maintain appropriate test equipment and set-up.
Recommend new or modify existing hardware requirements as needed.

·         Excellent troubleshooting skills including use of code debuggers.

2.     INFORMATION MAINTENANCE AND REPORTING: Monitors database entry and reporting; maintains association database; processes required reports from CRM databases; and backs up information daily.
3.     TEAM COORDINATION and ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT:  Coordinates with field business development division team members including sales and marketing staff, logistic department staff to build relationships with and serve customers. Provides administrative support for all of these roles, as assigned, including direct mailing, event/meeting planning, appointment scheduling, scanning, copying, and customer communication. Helps coordinate with logistic staff on processing, organizing and completing products shipping and transporting, as assigned. Coordinates with support departments to answer questions, resolve operation problems and share necessary information

Job Responsibilities

Analysis/advancement/development of manufacturing processes in the field of AIT
Relevant processes: Paste printing, SMD-placement, reflow-soldering, automatic optical inspection (AOI-2D, 3D, X-Ray) for monitoring of paste printing and soldering, selective soldering (experience required not in all topics)
(Assembly&Interconnect Technologies) for PCB (Printed Circuit Boards). Respnsible for process and associated manufacturing equipment.
Responsible for manufacturing process from early stages (pre-development) until successful ramp-up with pilot-product and further roll out in the AE plants worldwide.
Close cooperation with product/process engineering
Process documentation
Support of purchasing/concept competitions with equipment suppliers
Transfer of know-how to manufacturing plants to achieve superior operation performance.
Continous monitoring of process quality worldwide, definition of monitoring standards.

Working Experience:
