岗位职责：

1、Micro-architecturedefinition/writing design spec;

2、RTL(Verilog,systemverilog) coding for logic modules;

3、Simulation/Verificationof functionalities at both module level and top level;

4、Do module levelsynthesis / timing analysis;

5、Writing completedesign/verification reports;

6、Silicon debug of therelated module functionalities;

7、Writing testpatterns for production tests.

岗位要求：

1、Master or above inMicroelectronics, Solid-State Electronics, Microwave Technique;

2、 Fresh Student orminimum 2-year experience of digital design experience;

3、Relevant experiencein low power digital design; Solid knowledge of digital design building blocks(eg. Data-path, Synchronizer, FIFO...); Strong skills of Verilog RTL coding andverification and debug; Hands on experience in EDA tools such as CadenceNC-Sim, DC, PT, etc;

4、Working knowledge ofcryptographic techniques such as(ECDSA, SHA, KDF, etc).

5、Skill such asschematic design analysis to faults and attacks resistant algorithm to systemsecurity.

6、Relevant experiencein MCU、flash、Serial port、memory controller design is a plus;

7、Good language andcommunication skills in English for both spoken and written.
