Own chip characterization, verification,correlation, failure analysis for NPI product and NIP releasing, and supportingfailure analysis of test rejects of RMA. Analyze test data from ATE and benchlevel; Perform deep debug on test hole issue. 职位要求 An ideal candidatefor this position is someone who enjoys the challenge of developing complicatedIC test solutions for analog IP-level and system-level, and is a fast learnerwith strong commitment to results.
