【猎头职位：广州需要一位“Country Director”】关键词：NGO Country Director,联系人:Tony，QQ:1472742161；Email: Tony-yu@kthr.com，微信也可查询职位啦！打开手机微信，搜号码“KTHR_COM”或查找微信公众帐号“KT人才”或扫描以上二维码即可添加，欢迎大家关注！ Responsibilities 1.Supervise a multi-disciplinary team of professionals, maintaining collaborative, team relationships in a fast-paced work environment; 2.Ensure excellent management of USAID-funded programs and strong financial management; 3.Successfully interface with USAID mission staff, host government officials, local communities, corporate and foundation partners, and national and international NGOs building strong support for the project; 4.Develop and implement annual work plans and effective monitoring and evaluation systems; 5.Ensure excellent management of urban sustainability and environmental governance projects carried out through public-private partnerships with USAID; 6.Lead the development and implementation of country strategy; 7.Successfully interface with host government officials, local communities, corporate and foundation partners, and national and international NGOs building strong support for the project; 8.Develop and implement annual work plans and effective monitoring and evaluation systems; 9.Ensure the timely completion of quality program reports, technical and financial deliverables; and 10.Work closely with *** VT organizational and programmatic leadership. Qualifications 1.Advanced degree and 10+ years of experience preferred. 2.Significant past experience in China preferred. 3.Must be fluent in English; working knowledge of Mandarin highly desirable. 4.Demonstrated experience and/or knowledge in one or more of the following: urban sustainability, environmental governance, low carbon development, energy efficiency, climate resilience, etc. 5.Capacity building expertise preferred. 6.Strategic thinker with an open and collaborative work style. 7.Excellent communication and representation skills. 8.Success managing public-private partnerships.
