General Description
The ZCC521A series are low noise, LDO Voltage Regulators with enable function that
operates from 0.8V to 5.0V by 0.1V/step. These characteristics, combined with low noise and good
PSRR with low dropout voltage, make this device ideal for portable consumer applications.
The ET5HAXX series can operate with up to 20V input.
The Devices are available in SOT223 , SOT89-3,TO252-2L,DFN6
