NO.612-【猎头职位：上海、西安需要多位 DFT Manager】联系人：Edward-Duan,邮箱：hr@kthr.com，微信也可查询职位了！打开手机微信，搜号码“KTHR_COM”或查找微信公众帐号“KT人才”或扫描以上二维码即可添加，欢迎大家关注！ 岗位职责： 1、Work with Marketing,Assembly, Test, CAD, Verification Engineering and Product Engineering groups toensure proper testing and manufacturability of product. 2、Design, standardize,and document test methods and modes to facilitate common test flows andcoverage on all designs. 3、Be responsible forSoC DFT Architecture, Including BSD, MBIST, APTG and Analog IP test. 4、Work with Fusa teamthe implement LBIST mechanism to meet Fusa requirement. 5、Be responsible fortest pattern verification using standard industry simulators. 6、Be responsible fortest pattern bring-up on the ATE equipment. 7、Assist test engineerand product engineer to do RMA and yield improvement. 岗位要求： 1、Expert inDesign for Test methodologies with rich project experience. 2、Strong logicDesign and verification background with experience in STA. 3、More than 5large scale SoC end-to-end (from DFT plan to mass production) DFTimplementation experience 4、Be familiarwith Mentor or Synopsys DFT flow. 5、Be familiarwith Automotive grad product is a big plus. 6、Basicworking knowledge on V93 tester is a plus. 7、Programmingin Perl, tcl and c++ is a plus. 8、~10 years ofexperience in DFT field. 福利：五险一金 不打卡弹性 纯外资风格 牛人多 国外团队归国 chiplet舱驾一体芯片
