NO.404-【猎头职位：成都需要一位 投资经理】联系人：Raymond-Chen,邮箱：hr@kthr.com，微信也可查询职位了！打开手机微信，搜号码“KTHR_COM”或查找微信公众帐号“KT人才”或扫描以上二维码即可添加，欢迎大家关注！ Job Description: Ø Source new investments including meeting with founders andentrepreneurs, attending relevant conferences and networking events, andcalling on new prospects Ø Conduct detailed industry, business and financial due diligence on prospectiveinvestments Prepare in-depth financial and data analysis for potential investments,including customer and management references, market sizing and mapping,and industry research Ø Develop financial models relating to financings, restructurings, valuationanalyses and liquidity events Ø Prepare thorough investment memorandum and presentations Ø Develop investment themes within venture investment sector Ø Maintain knowledge of existing investments and monitor financialperformance Ø Prepare quarterly investment analysis and write-ups of existingdeals for investor and management reporting Ø Support portfolio company management teams on special projects Job Requirement: Ø At least two years of venture capital or private equity experienceand at least two years of investment banking or management consultingexperience or two years of operating experience at a high technology orsemiconductor company, preferably in a general management, product managementor business development role. Ø Ideally, an MBA or equivalent work experience. Ø Superior financial modelling, writing and presentation skills inChinese and English Ø Excellent research, organizational skills 福利：五险一金
