Accountabilities:

1、Technical Analysis ofvarious end equipment within the space of Appliances and Power Tools market

·Tear down analysis;

·Development of system block diagrams and alignment with product lines forproduct recommendations;

·Determination of state-of-the-art solutions in now-a-days end products;

·Identification of areas for differentiation and technical improvement.

2、Definition of Designs (ReferenceDesigns)

·Identification of typical customer design challenges;

·Understanding of most important customer ‘care-abouts’;

·Identification of best solution out of entire SC product portfolio;

·Creating sub-system specification and test plan to enable actual design;

·Handholding and review of Design execution, including its documentation;

3、Trainings / Presentations

·Development of‘enabling’ training material. Breaking complex matters into easy to understandpresentations that enable the field staff to sell the value of ourssemiconductor products without the need to become an expert.

Requirements:

1、Master level's degree inelectrical engineering；

2、8+years of workexperience；

3、Knowledge of schematicdesign entry, circuit simulation, PCB Layout and signal integrity；

4、broad technical knowledge of ideally all electric aspects ofAppliances systems: motor control, power supply, battery management, HMI,sensors, connectivity – Hardware & Software；

5、Should be activelyinvolved in electronics hardware design and development for minimum 5 years；

6、Strong analyticalthinking and willingness to learn；

7、Passion for electronicsand innovation, yet entrepreneurial thinking；

8、Writing and presentationskills；

9、Experienced in customerinteraction；

10、Very good oral andwritten English communication skills；

11、Willingness forinternational travel；

12、Ability to work inmultinational and multi-site teams and collaborate effectively with people indifferent functions；

13、Strong time managementskills that enable on-time project delivery；

14、Ability to take theinitiative and drive for results；

15、Ability to workeffectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment。
