【猎头职位：上海需要一位Small Display Business Application Engineer Manager】联系人：Amy-Dong，邮箱：hr@kthr.com，微信也可查询职位啦！打开手机微信，搜号码“KTHR_COM”或查找微信公众帐号“KT人才”或扫描以上二维码即可添加，欢迎大家关注！ Job Responsibilities: 1.Provideleadership and direction to the application engineering team while working withcross functional team managers 2.Leadthe application engineering team as the primary technical support to panelmakers (LCMs) 3.Ensuresufficient support for product development projects of various technologies ofintegrated touch/display-based products to the panel manufacturers 4.Becomea key member in the bring-up of display integrated class systems at module andsystem-level, debugging and optimization of platform technologies as applied tospecific customer requirements or products 5.Helptrouble shoot bugs and feedback enhancement requests to the product marketingand platform development teams for display integrated products 6.SupportFAE’s on OEM customer engagements that utilizes the touch/display integratedmodules 7.Providea technical interface between ASIC and firmware engineers. 8.Leaddevelopment of doe(design of experiments) for testing, analyzing, andbenchmarking solutions and or other human interface devices. 9.Designand build evaluation, qualification and characterization platforms and identifygaps 10.SupportASIC data sheet and platform data sheet creation and technical documentation 11.Remotesite training (occasional travel will be required) 12.Technicalsupport for unique field return analyses and corrective action assessment Required Qualifications: 1.Atleast 3 year experience in leading technical teams 2.Experiencewith application and use of complex mixed-signal ICs 3.Solidsystem-level technical skills including hands-on skills in evaluating andtroubleshooting analog and digital prototype system hardware. 4.Atleast 6 years of experience developing embedded platforms utilizing FPGA fordisplay products or personal mobile devices that utilizes sensing technologies. 5.Solidunderstanding of embedded hardware systems design. 6.Hands-onexperience with test equipment and troubleshooting embedded interface protocolssuch as I2C, SPI, MIPI and USB 7.Strongunderstanding of analog and digital theory 8.Experiencewith system integration, module level and ASIC level debug/bring-up to aidrelease of platform 9.Familiaritywith System Validation and evaluation of module level and sensor IC levelproducts. 10.Requiressome travel to handset LCD Display customers and possibly some OEMs located inNorth America, Asia and Europe 11.Goodcommand in written and verbal English communications skills Desired Qualifications: 1.BSEErequired, MSEE preferred 2.6years,min. of experience in related fields 3.Experiencewith Capacitive Sensing Touch Controllers strongly desired 4.Experiencewith various display drive electronics, dc-dc converters and power managementfunctions, embedded microcontrollers and firmware along with high-speed serialinterfaces (MIPI DSI or eDP) and image processing blocks 5.Expertin successful multitasking 6.Strongexperience in mobile handset device architecture including applicationprocessor, graphics and power management functions 7.Knowledgein mechanical or optical engineering
