Job description
1) Provide Technical support to our key customers in north China.
2) Write application notes and technical articles.
3) Provide technical trainings to Distributors’ FAEs
4) Provide workshop and seminar to end customers.
5) Roughly 25% travel is required for onsite support.
6) Identify business opportunities with Sales and marketing.
7) Analyze customer’s technical requirements and competitors’ devices, identify industry trends, and provide input to the team.
8) Develop strong customer relations at a technical level, to gain further insight to direction and needs of the customer.

Requirement
1) Bachelor degree major in EE or related discipline, At least 5 years working experience in mobile phone RF design
2) Willing to learn new technologies, self-motivated, passionate about RF /microwave with high technical competency
3) Good team work spirit, easy to cooperate with customers and team members
4) Ability to speak/read/write in English clearly
5) Able to travel internationally and locally
6) Good knowledge in mobile communication technique, especially in mobile phone RF frontend design including LNA, switches, antenna tuning.
7) Familiar with ADS/AWO simulation tools.

Job Responsibilities:
1.Understand the company’s products/applications, process/policies and organization
2.Develop account strategy and plan with alignment with management and product lines for the designated accounts
3.Cooperate with the account team to implement the defined account strategy and plan
4.Responsible for sales revenue and design win targets at the designated accounts
5.Coordinate all activities at the accounts and related biz partners (ODMs, PDH, distributors, etc.)
6.Prospect for sales opportunities at the accounts
7.Qualify biz opportunities and align with management and related marketing to decide whether or not to pursue
8.Identify key persons who decide or have significant influence on component decisions
9.Build up and maintain relationship with the key persons
10.Obtain meetings with key persons and prepare for sales calls
11.Discover key persons’ task needs and personal needs and relate the company’s products/services benefits to the needs by performing sales presentation
12.Provide the company with in-depth understanding of the accounts and competition by collecting and analyzing relevant intelligences
13.Win and consolidate the company’s resources to support the account development thru internal alignment
14.Provide sales forecast and ensure order fulfillment
15.Handle customer complaints
16.Manage account receivable
17.Submit required reports on time

Requirements:
1.University degree and above with major in Electronics, Engineering or Electronic Engineering
2.5+ years of professional experience in sales
3.Thorough understanding of processes and structured approach in a multinational work environment
4.Good technical understanding
5.Good team player
6.Good communication skills
7.Good written and spoken English
8.knowledge of power management, experience in LED lighting  are preferred

4.Preferred fields: consumer electronics, camera software developments, customer technical support
