100V 输入同步降压最大5A输出 电流ZCC1005 Description The ZCC1005 is a high voltage, synchronous step-downconverter operates over a wide range input voltage 9V to 100V. The ZCC1005 integratesa 100-V 400-mΩ high-side MOSFET. The ZCC1005 delivers 1.5A continuous load currentwith up to 95% efficiency. The ZCC1005 operates with fixed frequency peakcurrent control with built-in compensation eliminates the need for externalcomponents. Cycle-by-cycle current limit in high-side MOSFET protects theconverter in an overload condition. Hiccup mode protection is triggered if the over-currentcondition has persisted for longer than the present time. The ZCC1005 exhibits protection featuresthat protect the load from faults like under-voltage, over-current andover-temperature. The ZCC1005 is available in an ESOP-8package.
