DESCRIPTION The ZCC6602 is amonolithic oscillator/power-driver, specifically designed for small formfactor, isolated power supplies inisolated interface applications. It drives a low-profile, center-tappedtransformer primary from a 2.5 V to 12V DC powersupply. The secondary can be wound to provide any isolated voltage based ontransformer turns ratio. The ZCC6602consists of an oscillator followed by a gate drive circuit that provides thecomplementary output signals to drivethe ground referenced N-channel power switches. The internal logic ensuresbreak-before-make action between thetwo switches. The ZCC6602 isavailable in a small SOT23-5 package, and is specified for operation attemperatures from – 40°C to 125°C.
