Responsible for the design and development of high performance analog/mix-signal circuits, including ADC, DAC, Filter etc. 与射频/模拟/电源管理设计团队一起实现先进CMOS工艺下具有竞争力的WiFi6, Bluetooth/BLE以及接下来的WiFi7等应用的射频收发机芯片解决方案。负责高性能模拟混合信号的设计和研发，包括ADC, DAC, Filter等模块的设计。 2、Deeply research the top architecture of ADC/DAC/Filter, modeling of the system to determine the design parameters of all sub-blocks, optimize the power consumption/layout area to meet the specifications of SNDR/SFDR/ENOB/Band Flatness/ACI rejection. 深入研究ADC/DAC/Filter电路架构，进行系统建模并确定各子模块电路的设计参数，优化满足SNDR/SFDR/ENOB/Band Flatness/ACI rejection等性能指标的电路功耗及版图面积。 3、Verify and characterize ADC/DAC/Filter with SoC/PHY/System teams. Analyze and debug chip issues and find solutions to fix, promote mass production. 与SoC/PHY/System团队一起进行ADC/DAC/Filter模块的验证和特征化。对芯片问题进行分析和debug，寻找解决方案，推动量产。 4、Track the evolution of data convertor and filter circuit topology，provide sustained competence in analog circuit design for the company. 福利：五险一金 带薪年假 员工福利 弹性工作
