Responsibilities：

1. Analysis of customer specific demandsand translate into commercial offers；

2. Lead and execute the sales project andnegotiations for deals to meet the target；

3. Define new business opportunities inline with company objectives；

4. Develop close relationships withpotential clients；

5. Manage the delivery of any contract byworking closely with company stakeholders；

6. Project management to ensure customersatisfaction。

Position Requirements：

1. >10 years business managementexperience in EMS/ODM or semiconductor factory；

2. >5 years of experience to work withW/W tier 1 customers；

3. Familiar with EMS/ODM products quotationprocesses and cost structures；

4. Familiar with EMS/ODM factory dailyoperations；

5. Fluent English in oral and writingcommunication (TOEIC>800)；

6. Engineering education background ispreferred。
