Job Descriptions: -Develop and implement the strategies for each major account to increase business and develop supplier ranking; -Hold regular customer meetings with Customer’s Senior Management to enhance/develop the relationship; -Identify new product opportunities and construct detailed business plans to allow Product Lines to make informed product development decisions; -Define Annual revenue and design win plan by Quarter; -Hold quarterly business review to monitor progress to business/revenue plans to determine progress versus goals set against each account and distributor; -Control costs of sales to agreed levels by Management; -Define all necessary systems and procedures to allow the efficient control and management of all sales staff -Define the strategies to develop new business opportunities and set overall objectives to increase market penetration; -Hold the regular meetings with PLs to review the strategies for new design wins and follow up to drive for demand creation; -Provide the market information to the PLs to help for the new product definition and new strategy definition. -Define optimum distribution network to represent IDT in the region; -Provide leadership and motivation to all staff; -People Management; -Financial Management; -Provide coaching to his staff on business issue Business Development; Requirements: -Solid Industry Knowledge in Digital Consumer Market, Telecommunications market,PC, Server, OA & Timing market; - Managing and Leading a team; -Engineering Degree in Electronics and/or Telecommunications; -Excellent Communication Skills, including oral and written in English; -Excellent Organizational Skills; ![]() |
