【猎头职位：深圳需要一位“University Program&Customer Training Manager ”】职位关键词：熟悉8~32bit MCU, 嵌入式系统, 联系人：Amy Dong，邮箱：amy-dong@kthr.com，MSN:dongdongama@hotmail.com,微信也可查询职位啦！打开手机微信，搜号码“KTHR_COM”或查找微信公众帐号“KT人才”或扫描以上二维码即可添加，欢迎大家关注！ Responsibilities： 1.Promote use of our 8 bit and 32 bit microcontroller in Chinese universities 2.Optimize effectiveness of University Program donations into China by ensuring maximum adoption of our technologies 3.Develop, oversee & maintain our University Program Chinese web site 4.Organize localization of our University Program material into Chinese language 5.Organize our University Program professor workshop program in China 6.Work in partnership with other microcontroller group (AVR, AVR32,ARM Touch, etc) to advance our University Program in China 7.Establish and maintain network of our users with leading Chinese professors in top 50 Chinese engineering schools 8.Initiate events such as our microcontroller design contests and our Professors User forum 9.Develop and leverage partnership with third parties such as IAR in China 10.Identify and qualify opportunities for research collaboration and investment opportunities in Chinese academia 11.Exploit examples of best practice in our University Program globally to benefit Chinese academics and vice versa 12.Track activities of competitors in a timely fashion 13.Coordinate, plan and track Atmel customer training activities, including Seminars, workshops, Customer training centers in China, Taiwan, etc 14.Any other duties as and when assigned. Qualification: 1.Master’s degree holder in Electronic Engineering , Computer Science or related discipline with 5 years experience. PHD holder is preferred 2.Extensive knowledge of Higher Education in China preferable gained as a Prof or researcher 3.Experienced microcontroller user preferable with our AVR/AVR32 and design tools 4.Experience in embedded systems and/or DSP design and development 5.Excellent oral and written communication skills in Chinese and English 6.Proven ability to write and present papers and proposals 7.Excellent interpersonal skills 8.Self-starter capable of working with minimal supervision and running with new initiatives 9.Comfortable working with cross-functional and remote teams 10.Excellent presentation skills to clients, fluent Mandarin & English are a must. 11.Excellent written and verbal communication & negotiation skills 12.Master’s degree holder in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline with 5 years experience. PHD holder is preferred |
