ZC811 reset芯片替代MAX811 Description The ZC811is alow-power microprocessor (μP) supervisory circuit used to monitor powersuppliesin microprocessor and digital systems. Low supply current makes theZC811ideal for use in portable equipment. The device comes in a 4-pin SOT-143package. The ZC811provides excellent circuit reliability and low BOM cost byeliminating external components and adjustments when used with 5V-powered or3V-powered circuits. The ZC811also provides a debounced manual reset input. The function ofthis device is to assert a reset if either the power supply drops below adesigned reset threshold level or MR is forced low. Thereset comparator isdesigned to ignore fast transients on VCC. Reset thresholds are available foroperation with a variety of supply voltages.
