We are exclusively assigned to seek a highly motivated candidate (based in Shanghai) for the position of:
Electronic Design Engineer 电子设计工程师(Location: Shanghai)
要点：本科，3年经验，硬件，电路图设计经历
General:
The Electronic Design Engineer position is responsible for the Electronic design of company’s Product (firmware and hardware) and report to Electronic team leader. Performance reviews and work arrangement will be determined by the electronic team leader and R&D manager. Remuneration and any changes in job level or scope will be determined by General Manager in MSC.

Scope of Work:
The electronic design engineer’s work scope will be new product development, quality improvement or product cost reduction. The relevant products include power tool switches (AC &DC), standard switches, sensors and control units.

Requirements:
-
BS (master preferred) of Electronic engineering related with min 3 years experience
-
Solid knowledge on fundamental of analog and digital circuit
-
Master of hardware design process and tools, like Altium, Pads, Oscilloscope
-
Master of embedded C language and one of PIC, ATMEL, FREESCALE, ST microcontroller
-
Good planning, organizing, analytical and communication skills
-
Proficient in English (spoken and written)
-
Good team player, result-oriented, open mind
-
Successful whole product life cycle experience in following area will be an advantage: BLDC, RF, home appliance, industrial or automotive sensor products

Responsibilities:
-
Analyze customer’s requirements and transfer them to technical solutions
-
Coordinate activities in products development from concept design until start of production including but not limited to concept presentation, phase report, documentation (hardware, software, BOM), cost calculation, prototype build and sample assembly coordination, tests coordinate, trial run support, engineering release from customer
-
Research and develop new technology according to company new product strategy
-
Support sales as main interface to the customer in all technical related issues
-
Support global project in software or hardware development
-
Support the current running products in production issue or customer complain
