Leading our dynamic FAE team, you will work to develop a winning strategy to grow design wins, customer relationships, revenue growth, and our overall position in the semiconductor market. This position will have high visibility within all departments of us. Report structure: This is a people manager role, leading a group of 10+ FAEs in multiple locations, and reporting to country manager. Tasks and responsibilities: •Lead FAE team to technically support assigned customers. •Link with BU & Sales to manage design-in/wins for BOM content growth. •Assist BU & Market Development teams to fine-tune New Product Proposal. •Facilitate roadmap integration between headquarter and key accounts. Qualifications and skills: •BSc or MSc in electrical engineering or equivalent education. •At least 8 years of work experience with a strong technical background in analog and mixed signal design. •Technical experience with signal chain and mix signal devices (ADC/DAC, OpAmp, Voltage Reference, Industrial Power, energy measurement etc.). •A team player attitude with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with customers and peers from different functions and cultures. •Able to influence, motivate, and guide people. •Good English language abilities.  |
