Job Summary:
Responsible for the development of strategic sales plan and sales forecasts for China to meet  revenue targets.  Manages and builds relationships with  customers and representatives and to maximize revenues and build the customer base for future market growth. Effectively prospects for additional customers in select markets to ensure future product sales and market growth.

Essential Functions:
The following reflects management’s definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned.  Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time due to reasonable accommodation or other reasons.
·Performs complex analysis of marketing practices and trends, potential customers, sales coverage, market size, competitors, penetration and product preferences;
·Helps develop business plans, sales strategies and order forecasts for specific product line;
·Maintains awareness of competitor pricing and positioning of product base;
·Conducts customer visits and product marketing presentations.
·Manages key accounts;
·Works closely with the FAE team to set priorities;
·Manages the sales reps in China;
·Negotiates terms of sales contracts;
·Monitors customer requirements for existing and future products;
·Regularly communicate sales and market status via written and oral reports to management both in US and China;

Perform other duties as assigned:
·Ensure that all activities are carried out in compliance with the Safety Program and maintain clean, hazard free work areas;

Supervisory Responsibility:
·This position will be key in helping establish the sales and application support team in China.  

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
·Degree or equivalent experience: A Bachelors (BA/BS) degree in business, marketing or related field, or equivalent combination of formal education and directly related experience is required.

Skills required:
·Oral and written fluency in Mandarin and English;
·Knowledge of available  products and resources, and of competitive products;
·Ability to create effective working relationships with OEMs, reps, and all levels of employees within the company and across multiple disciplines;
·Proven ability to develop new customers;
·Strong presentation skills and demonstration capabilities;
·Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
·Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities;
·Ability to understand and ensure safety compliance.
