【猎头职位：上海需要一位“operation director”】关键词：operation，manufacturing and engineering, semiconductor，联系人：Raymond Chen，QQ:690837790, Skype:shmily831126, Email: raymond-chen@kthr.com。微信也可查询职位啦！打开手机微信，搜号码“KTHR_COM”或查找微信公众帐号“KT人才”或扫描以上二维码即可添加，欢迎大家关注！ Responsibilities: 1.Set up manufacturing and engineering overall goals and KPI based on company’s strategy and policy, 2.Build operation team with good qualification, high quality and efficiency, Improve engineering and production staffs capability, develop and coach them to support company long term growth 3.Lead and own operation safety and control. 4.Lead operation team to hit output target and quality KPI 5.Manage and improve product yield performance 6.Manage and Improve equipments performance and utilization 7.Lead new product/equipment/technology introduction and development to meet requirement. 8.Cost down by driving operation efficiency and reducing material cost 9.Lead the operation process and system improvement 10.Lead the operation emergence response activities to ensure business continuity Qualification & Experience: 1.Bachelor degree or above, majored in manufacturing or engineering relative; 2.At least 10 years related experience in Manufacturing or Engineering management in multi-national company; experiences of cross country cooperation 3.Experience to manage operation organization with hundreds of employees 4.Semi-conductor industry experiences required, Assembly & test experiences will be a plus 5.Familiar with operation management, knowledgeable in Planning, IE and finance, 6.Experience to run operation with lean manufacturing principle 7.Excellent communication and coordination skills, credit and integrity, good team building skills. 8.Good English skill both in written and oral.
