Position Overview:
The job candidate will be a member of the potential capability for production management of capacity ramping, manufacturing logistic, DM manpower arrangement, coordinated with related departments to solve production issues to meet customer's delivery requirement
Primary (70%):
1.Lead MPC and Line managers to meet MPS output plan
2.Cooridnate production planning and drive engineering departments to support MPC daily output plan .
2.Arrange production resources (materials/tools/manpower..) arrangement in optimal and economic model
3.Lead production reporting system development for line performance monitor and issues high light for improvement by real time
Secondary (30%):
1.Review and Control materials & semi-production storage and usage control (prevent the shortage and over-usage)

Requirements:
1.Good logistic thinking and organization capability
2.Good communication and coordination skills for arrange the resource for support delivery & production issues solving
